How long does production take?

All MB in Arts pieces are handcrafted to order. Each item goes through multiple resin pours with full curing time between layers. Please allow 2–4 weeks before your order ships. Custom or personalized orders may take additional time.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! Contact us with your ideas — colors, themes, names, or any special request — and we’ll create something unique just for you.

How do I care for my drinkware?

Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Not microwave or dishwasher safe. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the epoxy finish and colors.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue.
