Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment through our secure third-party payment processor. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. We do not store your payment card information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. MB IN ARTS STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are handcrafted and often personalized, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mbinarts@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
